The Weatherspoon Agency is currently seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term remote career in client support and benefits services.
No prior insurance experience is required.
We provide structured virtual training, mentorship, onboarding support, and step-by-step coaching designed to help qualified individuals transition into the industry with confidence.
What We Do
We work with members and families who request information regarding available union and association benefits. Team members meet with clients virtually through Zoom, review available options, and help families enroll in coverage when appropriate.

Licensing Information
This opportunity does require a state insurance license.
For candidates who qualify for the Georgia Temporary License pathway, our team assists with navigating that process during onboarding.
For candidates who do not qualify for the Georgia Temporary License, The Weatherspoon Agency may offer licensing scholarship assistance to qualified candidates to help offset a portion of initial resident state licensing costs.
Licensing requirements and eligibility vary by state.
