About Us
We’re Love, Actually Ever After — a storytelling photography platform capturing heartfelt, modern love stories. Our shoots span across destinations, seasons, and real-life romance — and we work with a growing team of photographers to deliver galleries that feel like poetry, not Pinterest boards.
We’re looking for a warm, highly organized Virtual Assistant to join us behind the scenes and support daily operations so our photographers can focus on what they do best: capturing love.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the operational right hand to the company director, and a friendly point of contact for clients and photographers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Support & Booking
- Respond to client inquiries with warmth and professionalism (via email and Instagram)
- Send out booking forms, confirmations, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain CRM (Notion/Google Sheets/Dubsado) with up-to-date client records
- Follow up post-shoot for testimonials and feedback
Photographer Coordination
- Match clients with available photographers based on schedule and location
- Maintain and update a shoot calendar
- Send shoot reminders and follow-up messages to photographers
- Help track delivery timelines and gallery submissions
Workflow & Admin
- Prepare email templates and SOPs (you’ll help us work smarter!)
- Update status boards and track job stages (inquiry → booked → delivered)
- Track payments, photographer payouts, and project earnings
Bonus (but not required!)
- Experience with Instagram content scheduling or Canva
- Familiarity with photography, storytelling, or creative business workflows
- Experience using tools like Notion, Dubsado, Acuity or CRMs

Details
Start: In Sept 2025 (Possibly earlier)
- 10–20 hours/week (flexible, async-friendly)
- Preference for someone in Asia or time zone-aligned regions (e.g. PH, SG, ID, MY, TH)
- Long-term collaboration preferred
