• Be available on the phone with the owner during work hours while he is traveling or working to assist with research for utility companies (potential clients), contact information and light research.
• Use ChatGPT and online tools to gather information
• Help brainstorm ideas with the owner as the business grows
• Assist while the owner builds the structure of the new company
• Provide general administrative support
• Take notes in Microsoft OneNote during discussions or research
