Must read, write, and understand English proficiently
Must be available to work Monday–Friday during US Pacific Standard Time business hours
Must be willing to work 8:00AM–5:00PM PST or later as needed
Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop
Must have webcam/video capability for virtual meetings
Must have reliable high-speed internet service
Must have reliable phone service
Must be dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment

Position OverviewContract remote role – open to international applicants
Support HR onboarding, employee communications, and back-office administrative functions
Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents
Collect, review, and track employment and compliance documentation, including I-9 forms
Communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR processes
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases
Assist with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management
Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
Required SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (all) -Outlook/PP/Excel, Canva, Zoom, Teams, Slack, and similar tools
Experience with HR systems or onboarding support preferred
Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
