Visual Merchandiser - High-End Fashion

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual strategies that enhance the shopping experience, drive sales, and uphold brand aesthetics. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design store layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns. Develop visual merchandising guidelines and training materials for store teams. Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels. Create mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to communicate visual concepts. Source and select props, fixtures, and materials to create impactful displays. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize visual merchandising strategies and product placement. Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising best practices. Manage project timelines and budgets for visual merchandising initiatives. Provide remote guidance and support to retail teams for visual execution. Document visual merchandising standards and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector. Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual displays and merchandising concepts. Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and visual composition. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration. Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency. Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
