Voice-Over Artist Needed for Structured Short-Line Recording Project

Hi,

I am looking for voice-over artists for a structured short-line recording project. Male and female voice artists are welcome to apply.

The work involves recording short English lines as separate audio files. Most lines are brief, usually around 3–7 seconds each, with natural delivery.

There are many individual audio files because each short line is saved separately. However, the materials are already organized. The selected voice artist will receive:

A script pack

Exact file names

Folder upload instructions

You will not need to create file names, design folders, or figure out where files go.

The workflow is straightforward:

Record one line → save/export it with the provided file name → upload it into the correct folder

This is a fixed-scope project with organized materials and clear instructions. I am flexible on delivery timing. The key priority is clean, consistent, high-quality recordings rather than rushing.

The work requires:

Clear professional audio

Clean recording space with no background noise

Natural English delivery

Sonsistent tone, pacing, and vocal quality

Ability to record short lines one file at a time

Ability to save/export each line as its own audio file

ability to follow exact file names without changing them

Ability to upload finished files into the correct folders

Comfort working with organized recording instructions

Willingness to complete a short test sample first

Recording format required:

WAV

44.1 kHz

24-bit PCM

mono

raw/unprocessed audio

no EQ

no compression

no reverb

no noise reduction

no AI audio cleanup

no background music or sound effects

Please do not apply if you prefer recording one long audio file. This project requires separate files saved with exact names.

A short sample and additional scope details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Full project materials will be shared only after terms are confirmed through Upwork.
