Requirements
Ā Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or a related field, with strong leadership capabilities
Ā Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies
Ā Expertise in using CRM systems and customer data analytics tools
Ā Excellent communication skills, effective in presenting to stakeholders at all levels
