Wanted: Professional writer for Contemporary romance Short stories - Contract to Hire

Hello!

I'm looking for a superb ghostwriter that wants long term work, and can be consistent. My main genre is contemporary romance, and I do sub-niche down from there. My romances are not clean. Approximately 15-25k words per project. My sub niche's include: Instalove, alpha hero's.

I want raw, punchy, jumps directly into the action style of writing. Someone that know's how to take the reader on a journey and can hit the right emotions.

I need:

No Fluff

No fillers

Showing vs. Telling

Someone that can make each sentence important to the story.

Someone that knows how to take readers on a roller coaster of emotions.

Can create outlines from general ideas I've got.

I'd like someone that can easily hit 10-12k words per week. Please address the first line of your proposal with new year vibes, that way I know you read it.

First person POV always, present tense.

My stories always have an HEA.

What I don't want:

AI Anything.

I double check very carefully and so does the rest of my team.

I want genuine human emotions, thoughts, feelings, and plans.

I don't want boring, the stories are short, they need to cover ground quickly. Jump into the action and go!
