About the position

Manage Warehouse Supervisors and their teams.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with company, federal, and state regulations regarding safety.
Track attendance, coach, and lead associates for employee growth and development.
Direct warehouse activities for efficient utilization of facilities.
Maintain process management, productivity measures, and quality controls.
Review and analyze critical success measures and develop improvement plans.
Respond to production problems with effective solutions.
Enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Study current and future needs of the company related to warehouse management.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of the department budget and manage to it.
Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with associates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and regulatory compliance matters.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Experience in managing warehouse operations in a compliance-critical environment.
Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems in warehouse management.
