- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting with call routing or resolving issues on the first call
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and billing details
- Accurately dispositions calls and ensures timely resolution of customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on all careerzynith products, services, and promotions to provide informed support to customers
- Working to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response to meet customer expectations
- Demonstrating reliable attendance and on-time job performance, even during evening and weekend shifts
- Performing similar or other duties as needed or assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives
- *Qualifications:**
To succeed as a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
