- Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

- Type: Part-time – Weekend coverage
- What You’ll Do
- Take new patient referrals by phone, fax, or electronic system on weekends.
- Verify insurance and get authorizations using tools like Waystar, Paylink, Availity, UHC.
- Enter patient and referral info into WellSky (Kinnser) fast and accurately.
- Communicate with referral sources, physicians, and case managers to confirm details.
- Work with clinical and scheduling teams to start care quickly.
- Assign cases to clinicians based on location and availability.
- Keep all patient information confidential and follow agency policies.
- Send weekend referral reports to the Intake Manager or Director of Nursing.
- Schedule
- Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor’s in healthcare a plus).
- 1–2 years in home health or healthcare intake preferred.
- Familiar with Medicare and Medicare Advantage guidelines.
- Proficient in WellSky and Google Suite.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
- Can work independently without supervision.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
