Here's what awaits you at Alpha Iota!</p><p></p><p><strong><em>What would you be doing:</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong><em></em></strong>Handling multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service. </li><li>Managing customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring timely responses across different projects.</li><li>Working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards. </li><li>Operating in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts, ensuring consistent support coverage.</li><li>Engaging with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face (real-time) environment, resolving issues quickly and professionally.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>To be successful in this role, you will need to have:</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong><em></em></strong>1 year and above of experience in Live Chat or Customer Service roles.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at the same time while Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high service quality.</li><li>Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.</li><li>Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.</li><li>Fast learner with a proactive mindset, able to quickly understand new systems, processes, and product knowledge with minimal supervision.</li><li>Good academic background, experience in BPO or similar industries is an advantage.</li></ul><p></p><p>Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!
