WYOMING OUTDOOR COUNCIL William W. McIntyre | Wyoming Outdoors Legacy Fellowship ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP The William W. McIntyre Wyoming Outdoors Legacy Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for one University of Wyoming graduate student to gain hands-on experience in state conservation and energy policy each year. The fellow will work part-time with the Wyoming Outdoor Council, have the opportunity to earn academic credit through an applied practicum, and get experience working directly with policy advocates and lawmakers in the state. The fellowship is designed to be customizable and generally mirror the academic calendar with the goal of helping students “find their voice” on conservation issues affecting Wyoming and/or Tribal conservation on the Wind River Reservation.
