We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative functions, and customer service in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:
 Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders
 Send updates to customers about their orders as needed
 Gather information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management
 Call applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct
 Conduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires
 Perform all other relatable office tasks given by Plant Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
 Previous experience in MS office systems and Outlook
 Ability to prioritize and multitask
 Strong attention to detail
 ?Strong organizational skills
Schedule and Benefits:
 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
