- * Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience
- * Minimum of 1 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
- * Freshers with an HR degree and internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
