We have more leads than we can handle and we’re hiring experienced cold callers who know how to generate results.
If you’ve worked with a multi-line dialer, predictive dialer, auto dialer, or high-volume outbound calling system — you will do very well here.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity with flexible scheduling and serious bonus potential.
We have the systems.We have the leads.We need dialers who know how to book solid appointments.
- What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using our multi-line predictive dialer
- Our dialer automatically calls and connects you when a homeowner answers, so your time is spent talking to real people — not waiting on unanswered calls
- High-volume outbound environment designed for serious producers
- The majority of our leads are homeowners actively looking for solar, creating warmer conversations and stronger results
- Set qualified solar consultations for our sales team
- Follow scripts, rebuttals, and proven workflows
- Update lead statuses in CRM
- Consistently hit daily and weekly KPIs
- Compensation
- $18/hour base pay
- $50 per qualified sat appointment
- $2,000 per sale generated from your appointments
- Performance bonuses available
- No cap on earnings
- Average earners make $8K to $12K monthly. Top producers scale well past that.Hiring RequirementsPreferred:
- Candidates currently living in California
Also Encouraged to Apply:
Exceptional out-of-state candidates with recent cold calling experience selling or setting appointments into the California market.
If applying from outside California, you must have recent California market cold-calling experience to be considered.
