  • *Job Summary**

As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and own analyses from start to finish
  • Build displays and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
  • Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
  • Manage projects essential to the business operation correctly under strict timelines
  • *Measurement and Analytics**
  • Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) for behavior analyses and build/preserve reports
  • Supervise data quality and record accuracy
  • Collaborate with team, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
  • Apply modern analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with current data science trends and share expertise and best practices with team members
  • *Required Qualifications & Skills**
  • 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics
  • Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
  • Proficient in Python
  • Proactive interest to identify the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
  • Strong interest in details and ability to observe through tasks and complete whole tasks on time
  • Effective verbal, written, and visual skills
  • Desire to excel in a fast-paced, and ambiguous business environment
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Solid expertise in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of proven experience in analytics or data science

The base pay provided will be based on internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
