Role Overview
Mercor partners with leading AI teams to evaluate and improve conversational AI systems used in healthcare contexts. This role focuses on reviewing, fact-checking, and improving medical and healthcare-related AI responses to ensure accuracy, safety, and clarity.
- Responsibilities
- Write and refine prompts for healthcare scenarios
- Evaluate LLM responses for factual accuracy and reasoning
- Fact-check medical claims using authoritative sources
- Annotate strengths and areas for improvement
- Ensure responses meet healthcare communication standards
- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional healthcare experience
- Expert degree (MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent)
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience using large language models
- Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship

- Fully remote
