Photograph and Film Home/Business Projects

Looking for a photographer/videographer to capture content of home and business painting projects. We are looking to hire four candidates total, one in each of the below locations (or willing to travel to them):

• Dalls/Ft. Worth, TX

• Phoenix, AZ

• Melbourne, FL

• Orange County, CA

The photographer/videographer will have a local point of contact to coordinate jobsite visits, as well as a point of contact for deliverable handoffs.

Deliverables

• Photo, Video, and timelapse of the following subjects:

• Exterior Painting: Stucco, brick, siding, homes/offices, front doors, shutters, etc

• Interior Painting: Variety of rooms (foyer, den, living room, family room, etc), kitchen cabinet painting, etc.

• Process: Set up, clean up, taping, prepping, cutting in, clean up, loading the vehicles, etc.

• Flooring: Set up, prep, install, clean up, etc.

• Video content: Focus on :10-60 second clips of the work being done. We are not looking for longform video (outside of timelapse)

• Timelapse content: 30-60 clips

Photo Specs:

• Minimum resolution: 24 mpx

• RAW, JPEG

• Non-compressed file delivery

• Professional grade equipment (DSLR preferred), iPhone 17 Pro (minimum)

• Tripod, external lighting and other accessories are a bonus (Natural light preferred when applicable)

Video Specs:

• Resolution: 4k preferred, 1080p minimum

• Orientation – 9:16, 16:9

• Frame Rate – 24fps or 30fps

• H.264 or ProRes

• Audio – not required, if available and clean it would be a bonus

• Professional grade equipment, iPhone 17 Pro (minimum)

• Tripod, external lighting and other accessories are a bonus (Natural light preferred when applicable)

• Drone – bonus. Must have Part 107 Certification.
