We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and entering data into our systems. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Enter data into our systems, including customer information, orders, and other relevant data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and data entry accuracy
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with data entry software and systems, including AS400, AIMS, and MySC
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in transportation logistics, brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant software systems
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
