The State Funded CADD/BIM Training Program is dedicated to providing high-quality education in computer-aided design (CADD) and building information modeling (BIM) to individuals in the A/E/C (architecture, engineering, construction) and manufacturing industries. It's mission is to empower individuals through comprehensive training programs. With a commitment to promoting innovation and technology, the program ensures students are equipped with the latest tools and techniques in the field.
Role Description
This is a permanent, part-time, remote position with each training cycle being a 3 month commitment. Our typical training schedule is two days per week, 4 hours per session, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM PST. Must be able to teach on a PST time schedule.
- Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Dynamo, Autodesk Revit, and advanced computational design concepts.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and architecture, engineering, or construction practices.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in a professional or academic setting is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for sharing industry knowledge and empowering students to succeed professionally.
Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of Dynamo workflows, Revit automation, BIM coordination, and real-world industry applications. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
