You'll be responsible for scheduling and data compilation, ensuring seamless execution of training sessions, workshops, and off-site events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Coordinator, Customer Care, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and employee happiness by keeping the department running smoothly and hitting KPIs
  • Scheduling and data compilation for the Regional team, ensuring flawless coverage across all markets and channels
  • Leading the coordination of impactful training sessions, workshops, and off-site events, equipping new hires and seasoned staff with the tools to excel
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, CRM, retail, and warehouse teams, to drive business growth and innovation
  • Compiling and analyzing customer care metrics to generate insightful reports that empower management to make informed decisions
  • Additional responsibilities may be added based on business needs
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Customer-oriented, result-driven, and passionate about our brand and challenges
  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver
  • Fluent in English, French (preferred) – Spanish is a plus!
  • Flexible with your schedule – weekend and holiday availability is a must
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 2-5 years of previous experience working in a call center, customer care, or in scheduling
  • Beauty industry knowledge and luxury experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
