We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
  • Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, including creating and applying credit memos as needed
  • Verify credit memos on purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
