• *Job Summary**

As a Senior Manager II, Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts, building and developing a culture of data-driven decision-making, and driving business results through data insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to drive data-driven decisions. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for growth, improving customer experiences, and driving business results.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and lead a team of data analysts to build and maintain data-driven insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and drive business results
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Work with product and design teams to inform product development and improve customer experiences
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through data analysis and drive business results
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, design, and engineering teams

• *What You'll Bring**

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong background in data analysis, including statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets, including SQL, data warehousing, and data visualization tools
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• *Technical Skills**

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, including regression, clustering, and decision trees
• Experience working with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Strong understanding of data mining and data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or Google Cloud
