We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Colorado. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • *About the Role**

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a claims contact center. You'll be the first voice our customers hear when they need us the most, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
• Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information from agents, insureds, and third parties
• Provide customers with an explanation of the claim process and next steps
• May authorize services such as roadside assistance and rental cars
• Responsible for efficient and accurate completion of customer inquiries regarding the status of existing claims
• Ensures all customer interactions are clearly and accurately documented in the claim file
• Maintains job knowledge through intermittent training/learning and incorporates new information into daily tasks

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
• Assumes personal responsibility for actions
• Possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possesses strong technical aptitude, including the ability to master multiple windows simultaneously

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Customer Service Experience
• Remote Contact Center Experience
• Typing Skills: 30 WPM, with 90% Accuracy, required
• High School diploma or equivalent required

• *Physical Environment**

This role operates in an open office working environment, which includes normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. You'll need to be able to:

• Listen to, interpret, and differentiate auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction
• Visually verify and read information and locate material, resources, and other objects
• Ability to operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift
• Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift
