  • *About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Supervisor to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our Virtual Healthcare team, you will work closely with product management, engineering, operations, and design to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners. You will be responsible for overseeing consumer attractiveness testing for all feature and product launches, including recruitment, scheduling, device coordination, reporting, and post-launch follow-up. You will also be responsible for controlling internal software releases, manipulating overall computer virus system, and providing preliminary discovery and research of all new, non-urgent tickets submitted through the SNOW ticketing process.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee consumer attractiveness testing for all feature and product launches, including recruitment, scheduling, device coordination, reporting, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Control internal software releases in coordination with operations.
  • Manipulate overall computer virus system, including partnering with external groups to ensure bugs are well prioritized and required work efforts are coordinated.
  • Provide preliminary discovery and research of all new, non-urgent tickets submitted through the SNOW ticketing process, including pulling incident info, adding datacom tracking, reproducing, and capturing screen recordings.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings to study and prioritize with product and engineering.
  • Provide evaluation of weekly provider incidents, determine, and communicate costs of provider outages, song cues, and discover system upgrades to reduce provider-impacting incidents over time.
  • Identify additional assets of customer first-class problems (e.g., customer service, voice of the customer, app store reviews) and contain the ones into suitable approaches.
  • Identify manner development opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to close performance gaps.
  • Create, analyze, and provide internal reporting mechanisms and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate with Chewy stakeholders throughout the business enterprise (outside of our team and agency) to force timely decision of issues.
  • Examine bug reporting process flows and perceive upgrades to lessen the load on the vet group in reporting insects and determine if additional tactics are wished for customers to file insects.
  • *Requirements:**
  • 3+ years of program or assignment management experience.
  • Experience owning software strategy, quit to give up transport, and speaking effects to senior leadership.
  • Enjoy working with e-commerce and mobile app merchandise. Technically talented with knowledge of a diffusion of cell working systems and PC hardware and software.
