As a Customer Care Executive - Sales, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound and outbound voice processes, customer service inquiries, and lead conversions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound voice processes and customer service inquiries
  • Supporting new customer registrations and managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone
  • Managing leads and customers via click-to-call and references
  • Converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • Inbound and outbound customer service experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and resolve queries within defined SLA's
  • Positive language usage across interactions
  • Proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions and data
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • SSC/HSC/Any Graduate or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in voice process (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Telemarketing experience (1 year preferred)
  • Total work experience (1 year preferred)
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Punjabi language proficiency (optional)
