Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.


• Ensure seamless service operation, promote and invoice video services to customers, and provide top-notch customer experiences.


• Install equipment in various settings, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and confined spaces.


• Utilize corporate technology to efficiently manage orders and transport company vehicles to job sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license in the state where the vehicle is operating.


• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.


• Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.


• Must pass mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments.


• Previous experience in a technical domain or similar position is advantageous.
