Role Description
- Optio Solutions is seeking a motivated Remote Collection Representative to manage past-due accounts, communicate with consumers, and secure payments while maintaining a professional and compliant approach. Earnings potential of $35,360 - $55,000 annually (includes hourly rate and bonus opportunity).
- Make and receive phone calls in compliance with FDCPA guidelines and various regulatory agencies and state and local laws
- Negotiate and secure payment arrangements
- Meet collection and performance goals
- Maintain call volume and collection targets
- Collaborate with team members and work effectively under pressure
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Qualifications
- Basic math and computer skills
- Solid verbal communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with strict deadlines
- Professional demeanor in high-stress situations
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Able to work well independently
