Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with individuals and groups, including customers, suppliers, and associates
- Implement business plans and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals
- Monitor and manage productivity, preparing and analyzing business reports to drive success
- Maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring associates are trained on company policies and procedures
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
- OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
- OR 2 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience supervising associates
- Knowledge of Walmart Logistics Systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
