As an Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating effectively with individuals and groups to achieve facility goals and resolve concerns


• Implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads to drive success


• Maintaining quality and safety standards by training associates, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation


• Supervising and developing associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance


• Managing the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to increase building efficiency and maintain inventory integrity


• Overseeing systems hardware and software maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience


• OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field


• OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience


• OR 2 years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inventory Management


• Microsoft Office


• Supervising Associates


• Walmart Logistics Manager


• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
