Remote Financial Analyst Consolidation Opportunity at 3M - $25/Hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst Consolidation to join our team at 3M. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the month-end consolidation process, including loading data and journals in BPC and running consolidation jobs


• Manage monthly Value Reconciliations and Quarterly DE


• Lead monthly consolidation account activities, including Benefit in Stock and Intercompany elimination


• Contribution Assessment entries and contribution P&L reporting


• Financial account reconciliations and collaboration with various teams to improve the month-end closing process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university


• At least 2 years of experience working in finance/accounting in a private, public, government, or military environment


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Experience with SAP and other financial systems is a plus


• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is desirable
