  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
  • Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment, providing clear and concise communication throughout the process.
  • Document and update customer records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40+ wpm.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.
