BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and a Public Trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
