As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmaps for two critical areas: tooling strategy and customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and drive business results.   • Manage the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program that impacts social media support
  • Define and deliver the overall program strategy, roadmap, and business justification
  • Drive mindful discussions within the team and across stakeholder teams to make crisp decisions
  • Contribute to business reviews and communicate effectively with multiple teams and leadership audiences
  • Use your judgment to question proposals, test assumptions, and challenge prioritization decisions to drive the best customer experience outcomes
  • Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
  • Eliminate excess process and constantly look for opportunities to streamline, automate, or eliminate work
  • Share program-management best practices and hire, mentor, and develop others

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field

  • Competitive base pay, ranging from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market
