This is a remote position and ideal for professionals who possess deep expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce architecture.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.


• Customize Salesforce platforms to meet client-specific business requirements.


• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.


• Guide and mentor junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.


• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.


• Ensure data security, compliance, and quality in all development work.

• 12+ years of IT experience with Salesforce development.


• Expert-level experience in Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable Apex.


• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.


• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, API management, and third-party integrations.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and best practices.


• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps processes for Salesforce.
