Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform work under the supervision of the Care Manager, CST
- Conduct supervisory visit paperwork and caregiver introductions
- Participate in the Manager On Duty rotation
- Direct caregivers to clients' locations and provide initial visit training as needed
- Respond to emergency care situations and caregiver needs
- Assist with caregiver training and evaluations
- Provide weekend office coverage as scheduled
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with office operations and answer phones as needed
- Serve as office contact in the absence of other staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- 1 year of experience as a caregiver in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Certified Nurse's Aide experience is a plus
- Success in leadership roles
